"I dig this for so much. I don't know why, but I have that sense of like, there's a lesson in this," he says. "There's something about not the fact that that's possible and that you can set it up and people can participate in it will happen." He hopes his exercises are illustrative as well; they feel different from negotiation teaching where he tries to get an outcome.
