The Five Factors of Health

We're not training for we're trained for health that's withi so is the five factors of health. You can't have one of these things get you to super healthy without any of the others. Fasting glucose is a really good predictor that in a few years, if it's high, you're going to probably get some sort of like chronic disease and have to be on medication. R we're training to try to kick ass when you're 90 years old. That what we're looking for. We want the actual thing. How much work can you dog? Ok?
