How to Deal With Burnout

I don't think burnout is necessarily a one and done deal. We're always going to be fluctuating between stage one, stage two and stage three. It depends a little on how well you utilize some of these tools in the long run. But if you maybe go through a period of burnout and then still put yourself back in the circumstances of high stress without having creating your own toolbook, then probably you could wind up in that situation again. So yeah, for sure. I guess kind of balancing. Yeah, definitely.
