We all make sizable progress each and every day, especially if you're the kind of person to listen to a podcast like this one. And so it was an amazing opportunity to reflect on some of those things, the progress that we all make automatically. So i think we just wanted to take a couple of minutes, o, to talk about how you can notice which habits you already have, and then how to maintain these in your day to day life.
