The Alexander Technique and the Pandemic
During the pandemic I discovered the Alexander technique and this has been the biggest thing in my life. It is a theory and practice of how to get out of your headHow to like not be stuck in these ruminational cycles and how to be fully embodied with whatever you do it's a way of getting flow on commandit's difficult to describe because it is a whole framework. The cult of doing as FM Alexander said and so what is the alternative? So people think that either it's doing efforting or that or it's like doing nothing you know not getting anything done, but really its neither doing nor doing nothing or being lazy which is theeffortless the flow.
