This notion of giving the people that you're pitching or engaging with some method to get by and into the conversation, right? Give them some space to contribute and feel like they're a part of it as opposed to just having a one-directional conversation. It's almost a corollary of another idea that I find to be extremely powerful: so-cratic influencing.
