Poutine is fries, cheese curds, and like a gravy. That's it. And you don't add anything else to it because I know people like to like pimp their Poutine. The only thing I would ever add is in Montreal, they have their kind of famous, one of their foods that is specific to Montreal is called Vient Fumere. But if you go to Mile End, yeah. We're going to go. Get a recommendation for somewhere in our own city that we didn't know existed.
