"There's a lot of different values that if we leaned into more stress wouldn't become the problem," he says. "If you are confident in your ability as an actor and you have a strong sense of your worth as a human being, why should an audition stress you out?" He adds: "The worst case scenario here is that it doesn't go well ... I still get paid."
