The Importance of Sleep
Sleep is a simple biological imperative. And yet, oh my God, we haven't even begun to examine all the cultural pressures that are on every single one of us surrounding sleep. It's biology framed as moralism. If you need more sleep than I do, you're a bad person and should be ashamed and you should stop sleeping so much. You should sleep early to bed, early to rise, make some unhealthy, wealthy and wise. Unless your circadian rhythm doesn't run that way, in which case it will make you dead. Yeah. So Jessica, good luck with that. Get some yawn.
