Is There a Way Shake After a Workout or a Whole Food Meal?

Protein is not by itself super magical. It's the best single thing you could take, but protein plus carbs. Like if you have a fun party at home for friends, I'd say like proteins like the alcohol and carbs are like the really fun snacks. You do want some snacks for when it's your tipsy and cheese that tastes really good. And yeah, just open up like anything that's taken away through the bodybuilding and through all the side effects and everything. Like you'll get that back in spades and be a bit of a new leash on life.
