A lot of the problem that we have with tesla because they are abusing the language that we use to describe automata driving technology. They will be level five about three years from now. We're confident we can make a very compelling, 25 thousand dollar electric vehicle that's also fully autonymous. And this is a car that can drive anywhere, under any conditions, night day, all types of weather,. No matter where it wants to go, these vehicles do not exist to day in the world. Yet.
The data is in on autonomous cars: They are crashing, but they're still doing a lot better than regular cars driven by humans. The Verge’s Andrew Hawkins and Vox’s Marin Cogan take the wheel.
