The people who are in charge of studying circadian rhythms and other biological rhythms are like, get rid of it. So it's a waste. We don't need it anymore. And don't they say that when they kind of shave off an hour of sleep, there's a lot of heart attacks and a lot of health problems occur? It's basically jet lag. We're forcing jet lag on people.
