Alzheimer's Disease - Is There a Therapeutic Toolbox?

There are lots of other shots on goal for the treatment or prevention of Alzheimer's disease. One bucket would be, can we attack the underlying pathobiology? Can we sharpen somebody's thinking ability, even if it's only for a matter of months or a year or two? Non drug interventions go a long way toward relieving these types of symptoms.
