How to Convert a PDF to HTML

Y is a vowel and a language i want to say i use call it y well you know i don't care i mean typically if i have a schwa i'm going to use e with an oomle out for which you can blame the albanians but y is not a bad choice. I just wish he would not worry about this turning into html and let me tell you as somebody who uses lattec it looks like he's done a certain degree of his own lattec customizations to make it pretty. That is not going to pass through a program that will automatically convert it to HTML at all. Why not just leave it as the pdf it's a lovely gorgeous PDF all
