There's a big difference psychologically of trying to not be fat and trying to be healthy. If you're thinking about being fat the negative side of it if so like when you look at food you're like I don't need to not eat that because I don't want to get fat versus if you're likeI want to be healthy right? So in my mind in my own self-talk I'm thinking like I really hope I don't get fat by eating this or that's a very different place than saying I'm not going to eat.
