The Risks of Sharing Your Own Personal Life
It seems like the authentic self component of the definition is, I guess seems to me like to be like a higher bar in terms of that. Depending on the context and the group, it may seem more or less risky to reveal either a work concern or a personal bit of life. And you know, generally someone has to go first also with revealing. But if you feel marginalized, whether you're an underrest person, a group and you just don't feel like you're part of the in crowd, you are not going to be the first one to probably share who you are fully.
