How to Train for Fitness

The way I like to think of it is we are either either building or maintaining something. Whether you should go longer than 60 minutes on an easy run depends where you're at. Gradually embarrass your body in the direction that you want to adapt. Once you build that capacity, you're not neglecting everything else. You're just maintaining everything else.
