A dynamic warm up is more of a preparing the body for what it's about to do. Mobility routines are not quite likea dynamic enough to be like a full leg swing, or like a high knee movement and something like that. The hypermo mobile runners should probably tend to not do mobility stuff before they do some activity. They actually need more strength and more rigidity than anything else. But if you did a little bit of mobility work before a run, that would probably change their mechanics by almost 100%.
