Waken Shake is an app that helps you wake up by shaking the phone and you have to shake it vigorously. One of the most common things that I think people with ADHD might do is using a weekly medication, a pill sorter. Another thing you can do is if you forget to take your medication and you always have your coffee, put your medication container in your cup of coffee.
