We're going to first imagine the space as a huge solid block. See if you can turn it into a pleasant buzz in your body. Now let go of the checkerboard pattern and we'll do zebra pattern. Just alternating. Vertical stripes. Going in one direction and then in the other. All at once. Try to spread your attention evenly in all of your phenomenal space.
