How Much Information Should You Give Your Team?

I think one of my questions even was about how much information to give your team, and especially like things like that. That's that day, the income sheet will do it all, but they should know the P and L, the monthly profit and loss. And I just think that is so important that they even put the information that you already know, because you want it to be front of mind. If you go to TGI Fridays, Matt Donards KFC, all of the staff are told all this stuff, because they're trying to promote within. They want that culture of knowing the numbers from the person that does pot wash right up to the senior manager.
