How to Choose the Right Position for Your Body

I think really the variety there comes from what's comfortable for people you know because finger lengths are so different. People intuitively know what works for them and I think that's a lot of the variation that we get is people naturally selecting that cool position. We do our survival mechanism and say we're gonna do what works best for us, right? So people usually should you know know what they're good at already but then when they hear information that they should do it out in another way or something like that they start questioning their movement strategies.
