Do You Eat Before Bed?
A milk fat is a special kind of fat in that it shows neutral to even beneficial effects. The don't eat before bed thing really is a knit pick when you haven't necessarily covered your bases holistically or in totality. But if you're trying to maximize muscle growth, definitely consider the pre bed. And i want to say too, that having a huge meal before bed is generally a great thing for sleeping, quality sleep.
