Yeah, so rest intervalsUm generally women can get by with shorter rest periods Which is something you want to take advantage of Especially when time is limited for an individual Then uh, you find that women don't need the same amount of rest as men to get thesame amount of work in And intuitively women very strongly Um have this to the point that they actually often need to learn to rest longer
