Athletes intuitively just want to come down to their knees and relax there when they're really tired. So i think what they mean is like, get your hands on head, get up high. I've no opinion of it. If you have somebody on wait las program, if they are having disrupted sleep, and if they have breathing, it's going to hold them back. But i can't all but say a person coming in through the door, you're going to shut it.
