I would tend to have between 200 and 300 grams on a training day, around about 200 grams on a recovery day and about 100 grams on a rest day. Some of the strategies that I use for curbing hunger would be natural set yogurt on a night time. If you don't cheat on your diet, do not have junk in the house. You can't eat what isn't in your cupboard or going to the shop at 10 o'clock at night because you've got craving for a chocolate. At least you've built up some steps that way.
