You can be rewarding yourselves with emotional energize to get you through something that you may or may not want to do. Unfortunately, there is the other side of it, which are the what i call the emotional vampires. Everybody has got at least one person in their life that just sucks the life out of em and they're negative. So try not to get stuck into that negativity, but say, ok, it's temporary. Time will march on. I know i've got my next energy hump coming up, so i can shake, move, bounce or balance and move on.
