Rick Johnson: My main goals are to maintain longevity resilience in my surfing, because it's my favorite way to move in nature. He says he doesn't do massive muscle workouts as his focus is mobility and ligament and tend on strength. Some days i'll actually put weights on the bar bell and do front squats or overhead press; some days i'll scapeboard. So why should you not fear fruit?
