The Venn Diagram Is So Powerful
Do you have personalized videos for each company or do you kind of use the same video for your applications? It depends. If I really, really like the company or there's something that stands out to me, I will definitely try and do something a tiny bit unique. Generally speaking though, I put the personalization in the cold email. Never think about using the Venn diagram when you're looking for a job. With a Venn diagram, it's very powerful.
