How to Get More Referrals

The most important thing to remember is referrals and the amount of referrals you get are a really great metric for how successful your service is. I do find before I even wrap with clients, like you said, they're saying, I already told people about you already told so and so about you anticipate that they're going to reach out to you. And I attribute that to so much of the client experience. How do people feel from the moment you send a proposal to the moment that you are officially onboarding them? That's a huge part of it.
