Peloton is a great place for engineer specifically to work and being really proud of the work that you do have Peloton. You brought up measuring satisfaction so I want to double click on that because it's so interesting. A lot of companies say they measure satisfaction or developer satisfaction or have like D sat as even a C suite, like metric. But when I asked them okay what's the actual survey item there actually very differentso what what is that how is satisfaction measured exactly with you guys.
