How to Wake Up Early?
Leaders need to wake up early but for that, they need to sleep aly. It's about sleeping early and then naturally waking up early. What we watch, read and listen is our emotional diet. If i watch lust, anger, greed, ego, stress, worry, criticism, just before I go to sleep, that's what goes on in the night. So anything which is energizing for the last hour, then at least 15 minutes before you go to sleep, consume oevery pure positive content. Digest all that content before you go to bed. Do not carryy troubled emotions to bed. Don't keep your sleep for digesting all that content that you have
