Product Owner vs Product Manager
Spotify has one cross functional product team. There's a product manager, there is a product designer and then two engineers typically in a maximum of about 10 to 12 engineers. People like a user researcher that helps the designers do qualitative research or data analyst help with data. All these people for rarely one per team, they're more like one of them will support a handful of teams.
