Don't just send that resume off into cybre space on the job posting and hope that i get a call back. Ditch the phrase pick your brain, if you ever use that in any sort of outreach. People don't know what it means, and they're scared of vagueness. You need to have a point of view in that conversation. And nine times out of ten, if you do this right, you'll get that referr.
