Lou Rosenfeld: Rich Mirrenoff has been doing product management since the 80s. He says he started out as a strategy manager at Tandem Computers in Cupertino, California. Now his job is to get people from all parts of an organization to work together on products and services. "I feel like it's my obligation to argue the other side of that question for the first five minutes," said Mirrenoff.
