i personally use a protocol that involves trying to get into a sonna for three 20 minute sessions every week. If i don't have access to it, i might take a hot bath or something of that sort. But in general, i just stick to doing the sonna three times a week. And i generally will do that either after a workout, either a cardio vascular workout or a weight workout,. Why later in the evening? Well, it has to do with the circadian shifts in temperature that we all experience. Increases in body temperature are one of the major things that wakes up your brain and body.
