Stop looking for stretches to fix your pain. It's a very narrow minded and reductionist way to look at pain. And odds are, while some stretches might help, that's not the only reason. If injury is keeping you from achieving a goal, you need to set a different goal. When i hurt my knee in jujitsu, somewhat recently, i had to change my goal. I had to stop going forthe splits so hard, and i had to focus on something else.
