Breathing through your nose is one of the most important health acts that everyone should do all the time. You're going to get about 20 % more oxygen breathing through your nose than through your mouth, which makes it especially effective for exercising. And humans should be doing this as well. It changes your your mental state and your physiology. We've lost this ability im some of it's due to evolution and someof it's due to the environment.
