How to Get More Out of Your Foam Rolling
"Static stretching for me, I do it early and by doing it earlier in the warm up, I benefit from the increased mobility. For me, it decreases pain in my body," he says. "Then I get more out of the rest of that warm up." He would also throw in foam rolling as well but only if you're targeting a specific area or areas before your workout.
