How to Manage Your Property Differently From the Way You Manage Yours

I wouldn't say there's necessarily a minimum requirement. Most of the groups that we currently work for have a pretty significant footprint over a half million square feet or more, but certainly wouldn't not look at something because it was not a certain square foot. I think just based on what we're offering, if we presented a plan to someone to manage their asset, it would be too much for a certain size building. So I think that just inherently weeds out sort of too small. If they have 10,000 square foot building, we're way too big to they don't need us. Right.
