I'm going to bring up a couple things that I want you to give me your one or two sentences about this topic. Stay away from it. As long as it doesn't mess up your sleep. If there's an amount, one drink or two drinks you can have without major sleep effects, then it's probably fine for you. Careful of mixing it though with sugar and other things that are a lot,. They can kind of double up on inflammatory stuff with the worst sleep. There's really no one size fits all. We have clients who are vegans, we have clients who eat a fair amount of meat.
