The win is important, so that's motivation number one. What else as the coach? Can you be motivated by over and beyond the wit? The analogy at the level of that I coach is like being able to take that team competing in the league, right? They're doing great. And okay, they're going to be some losses because maybe somebody doesn't step up or something. But that next level is like winning the next big tournament that sort of regional space,. You know, maybe at the state level. We're still just competing within our league.
