How Much Do You Think You Know About Yourself?
The percentage of people who buy at ground versus not? Ground for us is about 35%. And I would argue it should be higher. That's kind of my guess because it's like, I guess it depends on who your customer is. When you have that profile at the beginning and it goes from beginner to snob, but I don't know how many different gradations there are between those. Like, what is the average trade person? Do they put themselves in the middle? Where's that bell curve?
