I've been thinking a lot about the idea that like what you've done isn't a lot of ways more important than having a really clear program. Knowing three months in advance and that's the block that you're going to be on and knowing exactly how many you know sprints you'll do on that day because it's going to figure out. The other thing we find into is like this periodization model of everything like I've seen so many athletes peak and delo themselves into being the same for four years in a row in college.
