When you write an email where there's bad news, your natural instinct is to say "good news first" That's the last thing they're going to remember. We've always been taught just give good news first and then news after. But it's funny how mentally the human brain is so prone to just negative feelings that you give them the positive at the bottom or at the end. It was so powerful for our business.
