Is the Heat Shock Protein 105 Driving Secondary Immune Effects?

There was a study in mice where the heat shock protein 105 protected them from depressive symptoms. It also correlated with an increase in brain-derived neurotrophic factor, which is linked to inflammation and so on. What we think now is actually that heat is probably activating these heat shock proteins,. Then, it's then contributing to the IL6 being released properly from the muscles. We're going to dump some IL6 on immune cells to see if it can produce any operand.
