"I did one practice round in my flat jacks before going on bacoff with my sister. Went really well, so i thought, for that's the easiest thing i've ever had to do, back those flapjacks," he says. "You can tell some peo'le woue been in heavy training for weeks though." He adds: 'It shouldn't be called celebrity as handing, really, shouldn't it? It's not as catchy maybe.'
