The Importance of Eating Whole Foods

The more you can eat real whole foods, the better. The ketogenic diet is a very powerful intervention though I will say. There are many ways to improve metabolic health. You know of at least one man who overcame years of schizophrenia through exercise but it wasn't walking around the block. He had to really do extreme exercise.
