I'm always sad about how much cognitive effort can be used up every single day. It's like you have no idea because I've not spent enough time to really know which times are good or bad for me. If I've been really good at 12 pm, but since I've been getting up at 1 am then going to bed at like 4 pm the next day. You're right there are like a lot of points in the day that are parts of your routine and if you totally shift your schedule you have to find a new routine. Like do you go running in the middle of the night? Typically I try and do what was said.
