I've got generalizing anxiety disorder and intellectually I know I have nothing to be concerned about sure at all period like my life is great. There's just little things that just trigger a crazy like anxiety response that I'm sitting there as an outside Observer in my thoughts I meditate every day. So Yeah, I mean I completely agree. I don't like people that just dive into the you know kind of abuse Stories for the sake of it to me always see them as a vehicle for how can we learn.
